only you Carl

While reading this, keep in mind I was sitting at a kitchen table with a coffee

discussing important stuff, so instead of the computer talk I was engaged in kitchen table-talk

it’s where America really does discuss important stuff

far off from the insanity brought daily by the left

I’ll be nice an share a little with what I deal with

Carl, yes that’s his real name, he’s also Finnish. if you don’t know anything about the Finish people know this,

they good people…. just odd, which is ok too

I knew better than to ask Sam about Carl

first a little bit about Sam

Sam likes to race bikes at Bonnieville. Has for years, he’s 73 and heading out there around the 1st.

Says he’s got 2 weeks to heal up

“Sam umm I think that’s gonna take more than 2 weeks”

what you are seeing is Arthritis surgery about 5 five days ago, and he’s had a bad infection ever since

complements of VA in Detroit.

well Sam finally got things taken care of according to his nagging wife

who was tired of hearing Sam complain ( LOLOL)

Jesus H. Chance! you sound like my wife

“what ya mean Sam”

“she says I’m nuts”

” yeah? what you tell her?”

“after 34 years of marriage you just noticed that, woman? We’re going and that’s the end of it”

She may run the home

but there’s no doubt who is the Head of that house

with the smell of bread baking

it’s when Sam mentioned Carl

Carl lost his wife to a diabetic coma, went away in her sleep

thing is

Carl’s wife had a horse, a beautiful chestnut

he called Sam because he has a back hoe

if you never buried a horse just know you need a big hole

13 days to the day the horse died is when Carl lost his wife

his wife loved that horse more than she loved Carl I betcha

So Carl got the idea of cremating his woman’s remains and burying them with the horse

thanks to Sam and his back hoe

Carl, as Sam was sayin, had ordered a plaque for the horse, like a marker of sorts

Sam, I asked “what about the wife?” .

what about the wife?

she getting a plaque… marker?

Carl said she will be with her horse, which will make her more happy than some plaque or marker

no words

I do like the smell of bread baking
