A would-be robber in Delaware got a pie to the face instead of the register money. The owner of Stargate pizza in Greenwood said the thief entered the store around closing time, brandishing a machete and demanding cash.

“The store owner advised the suspect that he did not have any money and threw a pizza at him, causing the suspect to flee,” state police said. The suspect then ran from the scene and got into a vehicle and drove off.

Here’s another robbery story for you:

A Florida man had his home broken into by a trio of robbers. Unfortunately for the ne’er-do-wells, this homeowner was strapped. The suspects, 21-year-olds Luis Casado and Khyle Durham as well as 19-year-old Jeremiah Trammel found out that crime doesn’t pay. Luis and Khyle are deceased, and Jeremiah sprung a leak and tried to get away. Unfortunately for him, an armed neighbor held him at gunpoint until the police arrived. He is currently being held at the Pasco county jail, charged not only with home invasion robbery, but also with murder for the deaths of Luis and Khyle in the commission of a crime.
