Radical? Like, Totally

There are people who love the idea of freedom and liberty from tyrannical governments, and then there are people who seem to enjoy the feel of an authoritarian boot pressing into their neck. We can credit some very effective public sector propaganda programmes for the latter’s sick and twisted loss of logic and spirit. While misinformation, disinformation and outright untruths are – indeed – the wielded tools most beloved by exploiters of humanity since the dawn of the Power Grab, another component is necessary when seeking to start a revolution; one needs cooperative hearts and minds.

In our incredibly flawed society today, the role of the Parent has been relegated to a supporting position as “educators” seize the lead in our children’s lives. A status that could not have been achieved without the willing acquiescence and disinterest of far too many adults. Schools at all levels have evolved into cesspools of anti-capitalist propaganda, warping US of Americans into dutiful drones rather than offering young minds a diet of raw data, teaching them how to hunger for more. Those young minds crave order and direction. Easier to shape and mold an unformed consciousness than it is to take on the sensibilities possessed by older men and women with life experience under their belts. This subtle, slow and steady bastardisation of our public and higher education systems is by design . . . some of it actively plotted – see, the 1619 Project – the rest of the transformation has been driven by people who truly embrace Socialism over Capitalism. Unwilling or unable to differentiate that one is a form of government which includes the national economy in its umbrella structure and the other, Capitalism, stays in its Economy lane without veering into other facets of national society.

As parents receded and the classroom setting morphed into an indoctrination facility, unnatural ideals of Progressivism and Social Justice Democracy (fancy new terms for Socialism and Communism) took strong root in what ought be freedom-loving minds and hearts. While we are not able to go about picking and choosing who gets to rear children – because Conservative liberty lovin’ types do not believe we have the right to tell others how to live – we are able to halt this fetid creep of anti-American sentiment using other tactics. Including the one most favored by Ludwig von Wise’s modern useful idiots, who seem to be in denial of their own Communist yearnings. Whether individuals are attempting to fool themselves or the rest of us is a case by case study. What we are able to solidly diagnose is . . . Leftists who call themselves “Progressives” or “Social Justice Democrats” have been following an actual playbook authored by the Godfather of community organisation himself, Saul Alinksy.

In 1971, the hard-Left Progressive community organiser strove to empower an upcoming generation of radical “”change agents”” by writing an instruction manual for them. The book of subversive tactics he penned is titled, “Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals.” Alinsky includes Lucifer in his Acknowledgements, in admiring fashion:

“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical; from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins – or which is which,) the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom – Lucifer.”

We’re supposed to dance with the Devil. Not, sit at his feet. Saul Alinsky’s loyal adherents and role model have been doing him proud, and the US of A is suffering as a consequence. Suffering is for saps and the religious, we ain’t saps, that’s all I can confidently state. 😉

Alinsky’s 12 power tactics can be followed by any entity wishing to upset the current “establishment” or societal norms . . . including Conservatives. Believe it or not, we are today’s radical. And, we’ve been unwilling students of the Alinsky-ites for far too long, time to best the Master at his own game. If you have not read them before, Saul Alinsky’s power tactics as outlined in, Rules for Radicals:

RULE 1
“Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”
Power is derived from two main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.

RULE 2
“Never go outside the expertise of your people.”
It results in confusion, fear, and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.

RULE 3
“Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.”
Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety, and uncertainty.

RULE 4
“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.

RULE 5
“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

RULE 6
“A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.

RULE 7
“A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
Don’t become old news.

RULE 8
“Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”
Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.

RULE 9
“The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.

RULE 10
“If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.

RULE 11
“The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”
Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.

RULE 12
“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

We can use ’em or, if a person is still possessed of a Grace that will not allow them to behave in a negative fashion, being in possession of the other teams rule book makes it that much easier to win the day.

Hillary and Saul . . . he looks a wee bit like Webb Hubbell . . . huh. 😏

It is commonly accepted that Hillary Clinton’s college thesis has not been made available for public review as it is a many-paged homage to Alinsky’s radical plans to upend capitalism and the Republic. The Washington Examiner authored a decent article in 2016, elucidating Alinsky’s ideals and Hillary Clinton’s devotion to same if anybody is interested in their take on things:
