Todays Rasmussen daily tracker puts President Trump’s approval rating at 53% among likely voters.
The daily tracker has Trump’s approval at above 50% for the last 5 days, so this probably isn’t a fluke. Rasmussen put Trump ahead of Biden, 47%-46%, in their last poll of likely voters for President. The last time Trump was at 53% was September 24, 2019, the day Nancy Pelosi announced the House would try to impeach Trump.
In 2012, during his reelection bid, Barack Obama had a maximum 49% approval rating.
While Rasmussen is an outlier so far, they were one of the more accurate polls in 2016, probably because they only poll likely voters, instead of registered voters.

Rasmussen also reports 45% of those surveyed think that Trump should win the Nobel Peace Prize for his work in bringing peace deals with Israel, the UAE and Bahrain, as well as the Kosovo-Serbia Peace Deal, as well as keeping the United States out of new wars.
