Ok Jack.

The pricetag is in for the damage caused in Kenosha Wisconsin. Heather Wessling, the vice president of economic development for the Kenosha Area Business Alliance, said 100 businesses have sustained significant damage and roughly 40 businesses are “out of business” for good. More than $50 million in damage was done to buildings and businesses, Kenosha News reported.

The Texas Municipal Police Association put up a pair of billboards on I-35 entering Austin warning the city had defunded the police. They announced it on their Facebook page:

Today, TMPA released two billboards (pictured below), along Interstate 35, entering Austin, intended to raise public awareness that Austin is a defunded city. This reckless act, a political stunt by the city council pandering to the radical left, will do nothing but endanger the people of Austin.

As the largest police association in Texas, it is our duty and responsibility to stand up for the brave men and woman of the APD, as well as the other law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction within the city limits which will have less of APDs resources to depend on, and to raise public awareness of the dangers of defunding not just Austin, but any city across the U.S.

WhyNot covered some aspects of this next piece earlier. Authorities in California, Oregon and Washington have all arrested suspected arsonists in connection with the massive wildfires blazing there. California authorities arrested Anita Esquivel for allegedly intentionally setting fires along U.S. 101.

Oregon authorities also arrested Michael Jarrod Bakkela, who lived in the woods of Oregon on two counts of arson, 15 counts of criminal mischief, and 14 counts of reckless endangerment. Oregon Live reports that Bakkela is reportedly responsible for setting one of two major wildfires in the state, which has killed dozens and displaced hundreds.

Washington authorities have arrested two unrelated suspects who reportedly set small fires in the brush in two different areas.

Remember the McCloskeys? The St.Louis couple that defended their home from rioters? Well, there’s some good news on that front. At least 9 of the BLM supporters that broke down their gate and accosted them got charged with trespassing. I know, it’s not much but it’s a start.
