This is more a female issue. You gentlemen worry little about such trivial matters as why two of the same thing do not fit the same.
So, yet again, UncleE decided AuntiE should accompany him on his errands. Being a gentle soul, I made no utterance about his unilateral decision on how I would spend my time. I proceeded up the steps to attire myself.
I went to the closet and decided on the blue slacks and coordinating plaid blouse. I put said mentioned blue slacks on, zipped them up and ….hmmm, they would not button. This was disconcerting. I now had to select something else to wear. Aha, the black slacks will coordinate with the chosen shirt. I pulled the black slacks out, pulled them on, zipped them up and buttoned them. Hmmm, the black slacks even have extra room at the waist.
Yes, I see those eyes rolling and your minds questioning why this diatribe. There is a very good reason.
Both of the aforementioned slacks are the exact same size, have been dry cleaned the exact same number of times and are by the same manufacturer. The only single difference is the color!
This is not the first experience of this kind. It is most aggravating one can not rely upon a company to make the same thing the same measurements between colors.
Because you have been gracious enough to read my rant, you may tell me my derrière looks fat in either/both pair. 🤓😎
