  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) sliced beets, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups chopped cooked corned beef
  • 2-1/2 cups diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

if you forget to add the Salt Pork about a half cup

you’ll ruin the whole damn thing
