Tomorrow is halloween. I hope you all are stocked up and ready for the little ghosts and goblins to come visit. That is if trick or treating is allowed in your area.

Three days and a wake-up till election day. If you haven’t already, GO VOTE!

Time was, Jake Tapper could have been considered one of the more even-handed reporters on TV. I used to like that Jake Tapper. Unfortunately, the Jake Tapper that would ask tough questions of everyone has been replaced with a complete hack. His latest hackery? He wants the NY Post to bow down to the overlords at Twitter so they can get their account unlocked.

I’ve been trying to keep you up-to-date on all the election law related suits percolating through the courts as we approach election day. Well, here’s some news that broke late last night out of Minnesota. The election commision there entered into a consent decree with several democrat groups that allowed mail-in ballots to be accepted for up to 7 days after November 3. Republican groups sued to prevent the extension in state court. The Minnesota Supreme Court ordered they present arguments explaining why they waited so long.

Yesterday, the 8th circuit court of appeals issued an order forcing the election commision to segregate any ballots received after the statutory deadline of 2030 on election day. So, for now, any ballots received after 2030 on election day will not be counted unless and until a resolution of the appeal is rendered.

Anybody have any idea of what just came out of his mouth?
