Sources have informed NYT that AG Barr may be resigning early.
The “sources” have given different scenarios; before the end of the year or by Inauguration Day.
Various issues are playing a part in this matter; discomfort with the election issues, Congress demanding a report on the Durham matter, and his feeling of having completed what he set out to accomplish.
There have been no official comments from anywhere.
As usual, I am betwixt and between on the matter. On some matters, I have found AG Barr to be clear and concise. On other matters, I have found him to be less than stellar.
Frankly, I do not see we shall ever have any report from Durham.
