Fenix Ammunition Just Says No to Biden Voters

“No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service”

From restaurants and liquor stores to 7-11’s and hair salons, beach town businesses often display a sign at the entry advising would-be patrons that their establishment adheres to a dress code. The sign is meant to convey the message, “Please cover up, put on some shoes and come on in! If disinterested in sliding on a pair of flip flops and a beach cover-up, we don’t want your money.” It is a policy that makes sense, from civility and hygienic perspectives. Who’d object other than somebody who felt all rules ought reflect their own, personal preferences? Unfortunately and often bizarrely, too many entitlement-riddled types have been objecting to conditional service requirements, for too many reasons. Our private business owners right to refuse service is being eroded away.

As we have been frowning and growling about this situation for the past bit of time – since the first Christian bakers, printers and florists were forced by the government into having to choose between providing services for gay weddings or being sued out of business, at least – our U.S. marketplace continues to be slowly pushed away from its free market, self-regulated foundation. The once unassailable ideal that private business owners are permitted to deny service to any person, for any reason is vanishing under a mixed up miasma of accusatory manipulation and federal law. People are hesitant to own and operate their own businesses as the personal and legal attacks on vendors who do not embrace fascism reach truly volatile levels. Having one’s shop burned down by rioters protesting totalitarianism while demanding respect seems to have created the need for a new word; one much stronger than are Irony and Hypocrisy, alone.

Not all American enterprise is willing to go gently into a socialist or communist goodnight, however. One family-owned business located in Metro Detroit, MI has decided to throw a bit of color onto our increasingly monotone customer service landscape by boldly choosing to embrace their right as a private business venture to refuse service to any person, for any reason. Doing so without violating race/creed/culture/guvmint regulation protected class ad nauseum rules, ta boot, it seems. The fine people at Fenix Ammunition have decided if a shopper wants to get their fingers on some Fenix goodies, they must certify they did not cast a vote for Joe Biden. Or, no deal.

So far, it’s hard to hate this outfit . . . who the heck are they? From their About Us page:

Fenix Ammunition is Michigan’s premier ammunition manufacturing company. Located in the Metro Detroit area, we seek to remind others that Detroit was once the ‘Arsenal of Democracy’ by bringing ammunition manufacturing back to our home state.

As shooting enthusiasts, we were tired of the constant problems associated with ‘range ammo’ and run-of-the-mill reloads we encountered. With our experience in manufacturing, it was obvious that quality was taking a backseat to quantity, and we knew there had to be a better way. Our goal was to throw out the standard way of doing things, ignore what we had been told by our competition, and create a process from scratch with one aim: building ammunition as if our customer’s lives may one day depend on it.

Whether you’re training CQB tactics or competing in a local IDPA / USPSA / 3-Gun match, we are confident that our dedication to quality will translate to a more enjoyable experience for our customers. Our process was designed from the ground-up to allow ‘cradle to grave’ tracing from component parts to finished product, ensuring quality in critical applications.

Our line of products includes training ammunition, frangible ammunition, defensive ammunition, and competition ammunition.

We hope you give us the opportunity to earn your business!

The logic prompting this new, “No Biden Voters Will Be Served” policy is as solid as lead. Fenix is not only providing a delightful display of principle, the reason for their new policy is quite sound – Joe Biden is trying to drive them out of business. Fenix Ammunition generates nearly all of their revenue via internet sales. Biden has promised to sign into law legislation banning the online sale of ammunition. Lives and livelihoods are at stake, this is not a political PR stunt to drive up sales. And, they aren’t kidding, either.

The first time one must certify they are not a Biden voter is on the Fenix Ammunition website Home Page:

No clickie, no entry. Clicking ‘YES” redirects a turned away shopper to The Biden Plan to End Our Gun Violence Epidemic webpage where we are apprised of Joe’s plans to eliminate the “public health” crisis of “gun violence,” as officially endorsed by the Biden/Harris administration.

After shopping and tossing an item or nine into the ole Fenix Ammo shopping cart, one must check a box below the cart total – attesting their vote for President of the United States of America did not land on Joe’s name – before proceeding to Check Out:

Heh. Just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, that there is no way Fenix could example calm, thoughtful action that thwarts ne’er-do-wells while delighting us long-suffering Silent Majority types any clearer than they have with this Right to Refuse Service moment, they took their case to Twitter. Or, rather, used Twitter to fully clarify the policy’s existence and genesis of same – it was speedier to broadcast the news than answer each and every email they’d received. Apparently, inquiring minds were doubting the veracity of our noble MI ammo outfit’s declaration that their company would provide service, their way.

Fenix Ammo displayed their attention to customer service as even the most curious of minds in the Twitter feed was soundly sated:

Did I mention I find it hard to hate this outfit? Go Fenix Ammunition! Long may she manufacture and sell to ‘Merican firearms owners, only. Dammit.
