Apathy

That sign is not from the ME, it’s from Minnisoda

Apathy is a lack of feeling, emotion, interest, or concern about something.

It is a state of indifference, or the suppression of emotions such as concern

What does Apathy look like?

it’s really no different from when a Peasant took a deer on the king’s property

The King owned all the animals, the deer, the bear, the birds the fish

the new boss is the same as the old boss one could say

To get you’all in the right frame of thinking

here’s some words to always keep in mind

I fish because I love to.

Because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful, and hate the environs where crowds of people are found, which are invariably ugly.

Because of all the television commercials, cocktail parties, and assorted social posturing I thus escape. Because in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing what they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion.

Because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed, or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility, and endless patience. Because I suspect that men are going this way for the last time and I for one don’t want to waste the trip. Because mercifully there are no telephones on trout waters. Because in the woods I can find solitude without loneliness. … And finally, not because I regard fishing as being so terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant and not nearly so much fun.

you smiled at those words didn’t you

If those cement people want to distory thier cities

go right ahead

I DON”T CARE

America’s first minted coin said

“Mind your business”

That still holds true

Wood & Stone

I pray that I may live to fish

until my dying day And when it comes to my last cast

I then mostly humbly pray

when in the Lord’s great landing net & peacefully asleep

that in his Mercy I be judged Big enough to keep
