That’s the Hologram’s record on the vaccine mandates.

First up was the OSHA mandate that required all employers with 100 or more employees to have their entire workforce vaccinated. The 5th circuit Court issued a preliminary injunction preventing OSHA from enforcing that mandate.

Next was the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services mandate requiring all healthcare workers in CMS funded facilities to be vaxxed. Two separate courts, one in Missouri and the other in Missisippi, injoined CMS from enforcing that mandate.

Today, a federal district judge in Georgia issued a preliminary injunction on the Federal contractor mandate.

The mandate for federal workers, which is being litigated, has been pushed off until the New Year. And that leaves the DOD mandate, and that too is being challenged in court.
