    Rush has been called Home

    Oh Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the winds
    And whose breath gives life to everyone,
    Hear me.
    I come to you as one of your many children;
    I am weak… I am small…I need your wisdom
    and your strength.
    Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes ever
    behold the red and purple sunsets.
    Make my hands respect the things you have made,
    and make my ears sharp so I may hear your voice.
    Make me wise, so that I may understand what you
    have taught my people and
    The lessons you have hidden in each leaf and each rock.
    I ask for wisdom and strength,
    Not to be superior to my brothers, but to be able
    to fight my greatest enemy, myself.
    Make me ever ready to come before you with
    clean hands and a straight eye,
    So as life fades away as a fading sunset,
    My spirit may come to you without shame.

  • States Busy With Nullification

    States Busy With Nullification

    The first thing to do is provide a definition of what nullification is;

    Nullification is  an action by a state not to enforce a federal law as improperly encroaching on the scope of state power.

    As President BZiden moves to wreck any and all progress made under President Trump, states are seeing the adverse impact of President Biden’s prolific issuing Executive Orders. Many, including myself, do not believe he is cognizant enough to know what he is signing. Someone puts it in front of him, he signs it.

    The idea of nullification originated with Thomas Jefferson. It came about in 1798 with his authoring of Kentucky Resolutions. In this resolution, Jefferson’s belief was the U. S. Constitution was a compact among the several states-whereby the states delegated certain limited powers to the U.S. government; any undelegated power exercised by the U. S. government is thus void. He further held the government is not the final and authoritative judge of its own powers, since that would make it the government’s discretion, and not the Constitution

    It would seem some states have finally realized they are in charge of their states not someone issuing EOs and not the unelected government bureaucracies who issue rules and regulations.

    First, we have the Missouri House passing gun law bill that would punish a police department, through civil lawsuits, if an officer enforces federal gun laws. A twin of the bill is also moving through the Senate.

    Next, we have North Dakota with House Bill 1282, which creates a 14-member committee on “nullification of federal laws.” The group would be authorized to bring an executive order or federal law before the legislature to let the chambers decide whether those laws should be enforced.

    In commenting on the bill, Representative Rick Becker had the following to say;

    “I swore an oath to the four pages of the constitution, not the 67,000 pages of the federal register. The constitution is sacrosanct. It’s four pages, it’s entirely different. I did not swear an oath to all of the other garbage that comes forth from the swamp in D.C.,”

    AuntiE thinks she may be in love with Representative Becker for his statement.

    At the same time, South Dakota has introduced House Bill 1194. This bill sets each EO for review upon which time the legislature would then determine if they want to seek an exemption or declare it unconstitutional by the Attorney General.

    Most recently, Oklahoma Governor Stitt issue a nullification order based on President Bziden’s Executive Order 13990, stating, in part;

    “is in contravention of Article II Section 2 and the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution,”

    His nullification is primarily aimed at the adverse impact of the EO on the energy sector, not only in Oklahoma, but other states. Governor Stitt sees Bziden’s actions as an unconstitutional seizure of power.

    Currently 24 states have full Republican control of the legislative and executive branch. Republicans have full control of the legislative branch in 31 states.

    Population of the 31 fully R-controlled legislature states: 185,895,957

    Population of the 18 fully D-controlled legislature states: 133,888,565

    It is time for the remainder of the Republican states to issue their nullification legislation.

    People keep saying, “but what can we do?”

    You start hounding your state and local officials to consider nullification. For years, I have said local and state officials should receive more attention. Now is the time to make them represent you against the oligarch sitting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

  • Kamala Harris Is Now Making Joe Biden’s Head Of State Calls For Him.

    Kamala Harris Is Now Making Joe Biden’s Head Of State Calls For Him.

    Vice President Kamala Harris has begun to take calls on behalf of President Joe Biden, raising questions about his ability to do the job of President.

    The White House published a readout yesterday entitled “Readout of Vice President Kamala Harris Call with President Emmanuel Macron of France.”

    It states:

    Vice President Kamala Harris spoke today with President Emmanuel Macron of France, and expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France and to revitalizing the transatlantic alliance. Vice President Harris and President Macron agreed on the need for close bilateral and multilateral cooperation to address COVID-19, climate change, and support democracy at home and around the world. They also discussed numerous regional challenges, including those in the Middle East and Africa, and the need to confront them together. The Vice President thanked President Macron for his leadership on the issue of gender equality and for France’s contribution to NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover.

    It is bizarre for a Vice President to be making contact with key world leaders just weeks into a new administration.

    Harris also recently spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

    The President has also still refused to call the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

    THE WHITE HOUSE READOUT

    In 2020, Biden called himself a “transition candidate,” raising eyebrows about his commitment to the job and his ability to serve his full first term, let alone a potential two.

    Some have also noted how Harris may be setting up to lead the U.S. delegation at the G8 in June, especially if Biden is still busy playing Mario Kart.

    Comment: HRC posted on-line pre the election – Don’t ever concede, Joe. This just isn’t right on so many levels. Biden asking “what he was signing”. Kamala prompting him to “just sign”.

    Marco Rubio Introduces National Gun Grab

    The Senate bill, named the Terror Intelligence Improvement Act, was reentered last week in hopes of exploiting the hysteria surrounding the January 6th Capitol protests. The law intends to violate the civil liberties of American citizens who are not charged or convicted of a crime if somebody is deemed politically dangerous.

    On February 2, 2021, Marco Rubio introduced a bill that would strip any individual of their Second Amendment rights simply for being “investigated” for acts of domestic terrorism.

    David Codrea of AmmoLand observed that “Rubio tried this before in 2016 as a “‘kinder, gentler’ alternative to a bill being pushed by then-Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid.” Rubio’s move is in line with the Republican belief that by offering compromise or constructive Republican alternative proposals (C.R.A.P), they will satisfy the Left.

    The mention of red flag laws should seem eerily familiar.

    Another such opportunist is the Dan Crenshaw.  He also seeks to severely limit gun rights even further than they already have been over the last 100 years.  He also slammed down calls to contest the election in 2020, despite massive irregularities, saying Trump supporters were merely doing “mental gymnastics”

    This man is a pernicious opportunist who douses anti-Americans like Liz Cheney with praise while slamming

    pro-Constitution Marjorie Taylor Greene.

  • Guard to Stay in DC Until Fall

    Guard to Stay in DC Until Fall

    Reports are circulating that say Nancy Pelosi wants the National Guard troops to stay in Washington until at least the fall.

    There are currently approximately 6,000 National Guard troops patrolling Washington, D.C. At one point, there were an estimated 26,000 National Guard members in D.C. to provide security for President Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20.

    An internal communication between the Department of Defense and the National Guard reportedly discusses keeping troops in the nation’s capital until the fall. Robert G. Salesses, who is the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security, allegedly discussed an extension of the National Guard in D.C.

    “If it’s not possible to sustain at the current level with [National Guard] personnel, we need to establish the number of [National Guard] personnel (DCNG and out-of-state) we can sustain for an extended period – at least through Fall 2021 – and understand additional options for providing [Department of Defense] support, to include use of reserve personnel, as well as active component,” Salesses reportedly wrote to the Capitol Police and National Security Council in an email.

    On Monday, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said the cost of having the National Guard secure Washington, D.C. from Jan. 6 until March 15 will cost taxpayers $483 million.

    Rep. Lisa McClain is among a group of House Republicans calling on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to brief members of Congress on why National Guard troops may remain in Washington, D.C., until the fall. “Myself and several of my colleagues have asked Nancy Pelosi for a briefing as to ‘Why do we need these troops here?’ And we have received zero information, zero,” McClain, R-Mich., said Monday on Fox & Friends. “It’s amazing to me that [Pelosi] can do this without any disclosure, without any information and just continue to spend money with no briefing,” she added. “Doesn’t make sense to me.”

    Rep. Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) questioned why there are still National Guard troops in Washington. “We still have National Guardsmen out there, away from their families, away from their jobs, supplementing the police,” Waltz told Fox News host Martha MacCallum. “And yet we can’t get a briefing on what is this dire threat that requires so many people. We still don’t have answers.”

    Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) also questioned why there were still troops in D.C. “I sit on the Intelligence Committee, but I’m aware of no specific, credible threat reporting — as distinguished from aspirational, uncoordinated bluster on the internet — that justifies this continued troop presence,” Cotton wrote in a Fox News op-ed. “Thus, I believe the rest of these soldiers should also go home to their families and civilian jobs.”

    You regularly hear those on the left complain about facism and comparing the US to third world, banana republics. Well folks, this is what that looks like. Fenced off legislatures, troops stationed around capitols for some unspecified threat, rule by executive diktat.

    We’re just waiting for the equivalent of the Reichstag fire. The left thought they had it with the Capitol riot, but it didn’t quite work out that way.
