Vacuum sealing a bulk pack of flour in 2-lb portions using paper lunch bags. Store it in a cool dark place and it’ll last much longer than what the expiration date on the original packaging says. used address labels here, but I’ve also seen people literally just put a small piece of paper with the info in the bag before sealing, the vacuum holds it in place and you don’t have to worry about labels falling off or fading/smudging in storage. Freeze your flour for a few days first to kill all the insect eggs that are in flour.
