A US Army Blackhawk crashed on 17 September while on a routine training flight. The crash occurred near Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state, in a remote area west of Olympia. The Army, as usual, were a bit tight-lipped about the crash, its causes and who was aboard. Well, USASOCOM has announced that 4 soldiers of the 160th SOAR died in the crash. Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Cully, 35 Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Kraus, 39 Sgt. Donavon Scott, 25 U.S. Army Sgt. Jadalyn Good, 23 were all killed in the crash.

In a local-to-me story, 4 NYS corrections officers took plea deals in the beating death of an inmate. Robert Brooks was beaten to death the day he arrived at the Marcy Correctional facility in Marcy NY. The assault was accidentally captured on bodycam.

Nicholas Anzalone, Anthony Farina, Michael Mashaw and David Walters all plead to lesser counts. Anzalone and Farina face 22 years when they are sentenced. Mashaw will serve three to nine years in prison. Walters will serve two and one-third to seven years.


Abigail Spanberger is running for Governor of Virginia. She is a hardcore leftist. Local reporter Nick Minnock recently asked her a simple yes or no question. Spanberger gave a Kamala level word salad answer and ran away.
