The quiet part out loud: Democrats want to jail conservatives if they win
Leftists are announcing this long before the midterms. Are they arrogant enough to think they have an automatic lock on victory because of TDS?

Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker has arrogantly been saying the quiet part out loud on what Democrats are calling ‘Project 2029.’
In an interview, he said one of their top priorities is apparently arresting conservatives.
Why he’s doing it is worth some consideration.
Everyone knows that Democrats are the party of projection – accusing their political opponents of what they are doing to confuse the issue.
Just as everyone should know that leftists such as the Brown Bolsheviks of the Third Reich, the Red Bolsheviks of the USSR, and our local variety, have always done this.
However, it doesn’t explain why they are making it so obvious so early. But their arrogance means that we can now consider what to do in response to this threat.
What is truly incredible is that while they are openly admitting to wanting to go full authoritarian, while calling it ‘restor(ing) the rule of law.’ They are almost subliminally saying the ‘ends justify the means‘ without using that phrase:

JB Pritzker: “I’ll just say a couple of things that I think are absolutely necessary. One is we’ve got to restore the rule of law, and that means holding people accountable who’ve broken the law. I’m talking about in this administration when we get a new one.
The people in this administration who broken the law and federal agents who broken the law need to be held accountable.
LGN: “And that means criminally prosecuted?”
JB: “Criminally prosecuted, civilly prosecuted, whatever it is that we can do. Right? It may be that you can’t criminally prosecute somebody, but that you can go after them civilly.”
That came out coincidently with this piece in the New Republic:
There Will Be No Post-Presidential Peace for Donald Trump, The president and his allies will face impeachments, lawsuits, and maybe even The Hague.
Add to this the recent example of extreme leftist overreach in the Commonwealth of Virginia to see how this will all shake out.
In that case, the candidate campaigned as a moderate on the issue of ‘affordability’ and then went over board with new taxes while doing everything to deprive the people of their common-sense human right of self-defense.
While there are those in denial, as in those who claim a radical Islamist regime that chants ‘Death to America’ isn’t serious or isn’t a threat. Anyone with a modicum of common sense knows this is what the violent left is planning if they win in November.
Why are they announcing this now?
Violent leftists must think that at this point, they have a lock on the midterms; history shows that the party in power doesn’t fare well. However, the election is months away, and a lot could change.
This could also be part psyop from the left in attempting to depress and suppress the liberty-minded, limited government side of the political spectrum. It’s almost a guarantee that these kinds of propaganda efforts would be rife in an election year, but closer to the Fall to have the proper effect.
It’s even more important to consider what we do to negate this threat by winning the midterms. For starters, we should take this as an arrogant mistake on their part and see this as an opportunity to strengthen our side while we still have the time.
We can also take this as an unforced error on the part of the violent left. This kind of retribution was always on the table, but voicing concerns about it could have been risky. But now the left is out in the open, making threats that they won’t be able to deny. They are making it obvious that they are driven more by TDS than caring about the people or any of their concerns.
Leftists always tend to make unearned claims to the moral high ground, but the contrast will be the pro-freedom side trying to improve people’s lives, while they are obsessed with impeachments and persecutions that will tear down our system instead of preserving it. That hardly places them in a winning position.
There’s a meme that almost has a permanent place in our Monday meme lineup because it’s so important. As time goes on, it becomes less hyperbolic. It features President Trump and the words:
