Haven’t made bologna for a while how I know, people letting me know about it

ever eat Oscar Myer bologna, take a slice hold it, what’s it do, flops right over like it needs some Viagra or some shit, ohh it has name alright, pink slime.

Just look at my meat, the dark casing is bologna, roasted garlic with cheddar which I roasted myself, the other one is fresh Serrano hot peppers with cheddar, pureed in the Ninja to a creamy texture. There are bloomers and there are bloomers

Blooming is more for color than anything else, but I believe it helps with flavor enhancement too. They just seem to taste better after hanging at room temp for 24 hours. You’ll notice the color change for sure though.
