Whisenant and three civilians were charged with conspiring to distribute narcotics, including to the Marine who overdosed. White was charged in the indictment with being an accessory after the fact.
From November 2019 to September 2020, members of the group are accused of being involved in multiple sales of fentanyl-laced oxycodone to an undercover agent, for roughly $1,000 or more for each transaction, according to the indictment.
Jordan Nicholas McCormick would obtain drugs, including oxycodone pills containing fentanyl, cocaine and other substances from an unknown source.
On May 22, Whisenant ordered 10 oxycodone pills containing fentanyl from Solis on behalf of the Marine, who died the next day from an overdose, according to the indictment. Whisenant and White met Solis with the Marine to complete the drug deal, according to court records.
White is accused of later trying to interfere with the arrests of Whisenant and Solis.
Solis and another civilian member of the group, Jessica Sarah Perez, were indicted on Aug. 11 on fentanyl and cocaine distribution charges, and Solis was indicted on firearms-related charges. They have pleaded not guilty. Their trial date is scheduled for Oct. 27.
Solis is in federal custody and Perez is free on $25,000 bond. McCormick is also in federal custody. McCormick could not be reached for comment, and it was unclear if he has a lawyer.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg was 87 years old. She had been ill, on and off, through the last several years. Throughout her illnesses, she remained very active. Whether one agrees with her progressivism and twisting of the Constitution, she led, what can only be defined as, an amazing life.

Whether individuals are attempting to fool themselves or the rest of us is a case by case study. What we are able to solidly diagnose is . . . Leftists who call themselves “Progressives” or “Social Justice Democrats” have been following an actual playbook authored by the Godfather of community organisation himself, Saul Alinksy.
In 1971, the hard-Left Progressive community organiser strove to empower an upcoming generation of radical “”change agents”” by writing an instruction manual for them. The book of subversive tactics he penned is titled, “Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals.” Alinsky includes Lucifer in his Acknowledgements, in admiring fashion:
“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical; from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins – or which is which,) the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom – Lucifer.”

Alinsky’s 12 power tactics can be followed by any entity wishing to upset the current “establishment” or societal norms . . . including Conservatives. Believe it or not, we are today’s radical. And, we’ve been unwilling students of the Alinsky-ites for far too long, time to best the Master at his own game. RULE 1 “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from two main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.
RULE 2 “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear, and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.
RULE 3 “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety, and uncertainty.
RULE 4 “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
RULE 5 “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
RULE 6 “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
RULE 7 “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.
RULE 8 “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.
RULE 9 “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.
RULE 10 “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.
RULE 11 “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.
RULE 12 “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.
We can use ’em or, if a person is still possessed of a Grace that will not allow them to behave in a negative fashion, being in possession of the other teams rule book makes it that much easier to win the day.

In my opinion the Elephant in the Room is not a question about George Soros’ wealth, funding the appointment of many of these District Attorneys. That has been well documented and covered quite extensively by many news outlets. Or that through his Open Society and Democratic Alliance, the Black Lives Matter has received funding . Nor, do we need to question the corporate donations that have been directed to BLM/Antifa via ActBlue. Those donors can be traced by completing an audit of ActBlue’s records.
No, the funds in question are the ones being sent to Soros directly or that he is tasked with administrating; quite possibly through off shore accounts or potentially the Dark Web where many transactions were taking place in crypto-currencies. And who or where is the source? And aside from fact, they are very deep pockets; which foreign and domestic interests/entities have in essence, invested in the overthrow of the US government and President Trump? Keeping in mind that the George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests were staged world wide and that requires a lot of money and protests have been ongoing since 2016. I was Curious as to why a recent article from The Hill chose, what appears to be a rather unflattering photo of Susan Sandler and who exactly is this lady?
Philanthropist Susan Sandler announced on Monday that she will invest $200 million in social justice organizations committed to fighting systemic racism and boosting turnout in underrepresented communities in battleground states.
Sandler announced the investments, which will be carried out through the newly formed Susan Sandler Fund, in a Medium post.
Among the progressive groups that have received grants from the organization are the Texas Organizing Project, New Virginia Majority and the New Florida Majority, Sandler wrote.
“I have come to believe that the most effective way to transform societal priorities and public policies is to change the balance of power, not change the minds of those who hold power,” she wrote.
So without a tremendous amount of digging, (lucky hits) I found some very interesting facts out, related to Ms. Sandler and a copy of the original photo, which her picture was cropped from with her husband, Steven Phillips. Phillips, a San Francisco lawyer is also a regular writer for the New York Times and is best known as a co-founder of PowerPAC. The very same PowerPAC that in 2018 backed: John Chiang (California), Stacey Abrams (Georgia), Ben Jealous (Maryland), Andrew Gillum (Florida) and David Garcia (Arizona).
Phillips and his partners in the highly secretive group Democracy Alliance hope that by electing far-left governors into four currently Republican-led states, the drive to impeach President Donald Trump and destroy his “Make America Great Again” agenda will be accelerated.
And yes, we are speaking of the same famed Democracy Alliance, which was founded by George Soros and Erica Payne.

This article from Epoch Times is a great read and well worth the time. However, although very informative, is not some of the more fascinating aspects to this powerful, yet rather secretive billionaire couple.

Now, while many of us may retort loudly, at what seem to be the weaponizing of ill gotten gains, against the silent majority, by those we refer to as the Left; there is a part of me that sits in awe with their sheer unabated moxie.
And I did discover, or what I assume at least, was the reason for Susan’s generous $200 million donation. Back in 2016, Susan was diagnosed with glioblastoma, which is an aggressive form of brain cancer. Life expectancy can be quite short and she may have been celebrating year four.
If there is anything that the fires in California taught us during 2018 & 2019 and that would be to not blame Mother Nature for all our woes. Yes, the timing does seem to be aligned with fire season. But, as we saw with the recent legal settlement with PG&E; contributing factors must be taken in to consideration.
And I can’t help but ask myself – what portion of these fires are being set intentionally for the purposes of obtaining emergency Federal funds to help with their financial woes (Arson)? Giving little consideration to the loss of life or property? And why, would the FBI refute the existence of arsonists? Who are these people and what organizations are they affiliated with?

This tweet appeared on the same day September 3 and has 118,800 upvotes/likes. Now the only time you will see that number of likes is if they are a Democrat or one of their left leaning supporters. And if you catch it at the exact moment, within that short window of the post appearing the likes will increase very rapidly.

Among the reading I did over the weekend about the Atlantic article, I had a “V8” moment (Google it) when I read this piece at Powerlineblog noting similarities between the Atlantic story and the bogus National Guard story run by Dan Rather and 60 Minutes against President Bush 43 just ahead of the 2004 election. The guys at Powerline came to prominence as a result of their work on gutting Rather’s story. Pretty much 99.99% of the real world — everyone except Rather — understands now that “Rathergate” was based on a bunch of documents that were created for the purpose of generating the resulting story, which had zero basis in fact.
Currently, we have Kamala Harris and Peter Strzok warning us about the Russians, AGAIN. Surely, there is another Trump sex scandal just around the corner.
