    Constitution Day

    Pursuant to 36 United States Code €106, September 17th has been designated as Constitution Day and Citizenship Day with the purpose to ’commemorate the formation and signing on September 17th, 1787, of the Constitution.

    On September 17, 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the last time to sign the document they had created.

    The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of the United States of America and the Federal Government of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the United States Government. The document defines the three main branches of the government: The legislative branch with a bicameral Congress, an executive branch led by the President, and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. Besides providing for the organization of these branches, the Constitution outlines obligations of each office, as well as provides what powers each branch may exercise. It also reserves numerous rights for the individual states, thereby establishing the United States’ federal system of government.

    Notation: Just the same, as when President Trump was silenced by social media; many Patriots sharing the truth and providing information to “We The People” has required a creative approach in distributing the information.     Pelosi: ‘I’m Not Going to Get Into’ Whether Constitution Bans Religious Tests for Supreme Court Nominees

    Clause 3

    The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

     On Thursday, Nancy Pelosi was asked; “Clause 3, Article VI, which bans religious tests from being the qualification for office, do you think that that should apply to Supreme Court nominees as well?”

    Her reply was; “I’m not going to get into anybody’s interpretation of one thing or another,” Pelosi replied. She further said; “The confirmation is the work of the Senate, and I trust the judgment of our Democrats there to honor the Constitution,”

    It continually confounds me why the press ask the Speaker of the House what positions should be taken by Senators. Mayhaps they were absent the day their civics/government class discussed separation of powers  in the Congress. I have noticed they do not ask Chuckie what Nancy’s side of the building should do.

    Voters Largely Believe Biden Won’t Survive His First Term!

    After receiving letters from both male and female prominent persons of color (POCs), informing him he must pick a black female for his VP, Biden bowed to their directive and chose Kamala Harris. They informed him should he not choose a POC female he would lose his election bid.

    In announcing her as his choice, he said; “I need someone working alongside me who is smart, tough, and ready to lead. Kamala is that person,” 

    She will, most assuredly, being working “alongside him” to make sure his cognitive decline does not impinge on the progressive socialist agenda the party wants to implement. 

    There is something else to consider. That something is the fact, Ms. Harris could be President for ten years. I see you all shaking your heads no. Hmmm, there is that pesky 22nd Amendment in the Constitution. 

    Section 1. “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.”

    Going back to the title of the thread, the scenario is the Democrats manage to keep Biden going for two years. On day 731, President Biden resigns for health reasons. Viola, we now have President Harris. In all likelihood RBG manages to hang on. She joyfully swears Harris in. 

    Harris now has a possible ten years to destroy what has stood for over two hundred years. 

    Think carefully about that as you consider your vote.

    As a side note, RBG will promptly resign from the SCOTUS so a POC female can name her replacement.
