Alan Dershowitz, First Guest On Mike Lindell’s “FRANK” Social Media Platform Drops Bombshell…Announces $1.6 Billion Lawsuit Against Dominion: “It is our right to look at Dominion’s source codes”
Mike Lindell’s first guest on the debut of his new social media platform “Frank” (frankspeech.com) was one of America’s most prominent Constitutional lawyers, Alan Dershowitz.
100 Percent Fed Up – Mike opened his “Frank-a-Thon,” an all-day interview, with Dershowitz by announcing that “My Pillow” is suing Dominion for $1.6 billion for violating their First Amendment Right.
Dershowitz explained why Dominion is guilty of violating the First Amendment Rights of Mike Lindell as well as the rights of the media to report the news: “We’re gonna sue you and put you out of business, and we’re not even going to let you see our source codes so you can see what we’re suing you about.”
Dershowitz blasted Dominion for refusing to share its source code. “It’s as if My Pillow ere accused of having some secret poison in its formula, and you couldn’t tell it by just looking at the pillow, and then somehow My Pillow said, we’re not going to give your our formula, we’re going to hide it from you. That’s what they’re trying to do. They’re trying to hide what they’re doing—at the same time that they’re trying to prevent you from entering the marketplace of ideas. They’re in the marketplace of ideas. They’re not only in the marketplace of ideas; they’re in the economic marketplace too. They’re to shut you out of being able to sell your products in stores. They’re trying to silence you, and they’re doing it as the government of the United States. That’s why I’m in this case.
“Dominion is the government for purposes of the lawsuit,” Dershowitz said, as he explained that the government was using Dominion machines to tabulate our votes. Mike told his audience, “This could be one of the most important First Amendment cases in the history of the United States.”
Dershowitz warned about Dominion threatening the media, individuals, and businesses like My Pillow over discussing their product in relation to the November election results. “No wonder where you stand on the fairness of the election, we should still be on your side of the lawsuit,” Alan Dershowitz said.
He also explained how Dominion, who he claims is acting as a government agent, has threatened the media with massive lawsuits over discussing the Dominion case, adding, “You don’t have to be a conservative” to see that what Dominion is doing is wrong, saying they are “misusing the power given to them to by the government to suppress free speech.” “Dominion is a government actor,” Dershowitz explained. “It is our right to look at Dominion’s source codes,” he said, adding that they will be demanding access to the Dominion codes, saying, “I think we’ll get to look at those machines.”
Dershowitz explained that they would be using “Alien and Sedition” laws to sue Dominion. In the late 1700s, he explained that during the Adam’s administration, “They went after newspapers–they went after Benjamin Franklin’s nephew’s newspaper,” he said. ” Dershowitz continued, “They tried to shut down any newspaper that supported Jefferson. And since that time, we really have had free speech, with some exceptions. The age though we’re living in now is really the strongest attack through cancel culture, through suppression of free speech.”
“You’re next…” Dershowitz warned. “If they can silence Mike Lindell and My Pillow—they can silence YOU! You should be on our side. You should be seeking the source codes. You should be defending free speech.” Dershowitz told Lindell’s Frank audience.
Comment: Personally, I would increase the lawsuit amount, rather than a counter suit and file a joint claim.Meanwhile,I still remain very curious about the choice of the naming of the corporation “Dominion”?
Dominion Voting Systems Corporation was founded in 2002 in Toronto, Ontario, by John Poulos and James Hoover. The company develops proprietary software in-house and sells electronic voting hardware and software, including voting machines and tabulators, in the U.S. and Canada.
March 26, 2021 Dominion Voting Systems has filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, saying the network spread false claims that the voting machine company was involved in voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election.
February 22, 2021 ($1.6 Billion) Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit against MyPillow and its CEO Mike Lindell on Monday, saying he spread false information that its voting machines rigged the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
January 25, 2021Washington — Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit on Monday against Rudy Giuliani, former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, seeking $1.3 billion in damages after Giuliani launched a wide-reaching “viral disinformation campaign” that exposed the company “to the most extreme hatred and contempt,” it said.
January 8, 2021Washington — Lawyers for conservative attorney Sidney Powell told a federal court on Monday that “no reasonable person” would conclude her unfounded claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election were statements of fact as she fights a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems.
Mike Lindell launches MyStore, Amazon’s ‘patriotic’ rival
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell wants to launch an e-commerce platform, “MyStore,” to compete with Amazon.
He announced the upcoming release on Steve Bannon’s “War Room: Pandemic” podcast.
MyStore currently lists items such as “Liberty Cafe,” “Rare American Flagpole,” and pro-Trump books.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has another entirely new idea: a patriotic e-commerce platform.
Speaking on Steve Bannon’s “War Room: Pandemic” podcast on Monday, Lindell announced that he was launching MyStore as an “Amazon rival.” Lindell’s latest appearance on Bannon’s podcast follows his last visit to the show two weeks ago, where he spoke for a long time about allegations of voter fraud and asserted, once again, the unfounded conspiracy theory that the former president Trump would return to power in August.
The MyPillow website currently has a version of MyStore with 81 products. These include “liberty flags”, “liberty cafe” and, somewhat strangely, a “rare American flagpole”.
Books about former President Donald Trump are also sold on the site, including a book titled “Love Joy Trump.” Lindell has also included his memoir, titled “Mike’s Memoirs: With God, All Things Are Possible,” which retails for $ 9.97.
“For years, entrepreneurs and inventors have come to me with products and ideas. They don’t know how to market them and I haven’t had time to show them off,” Lindell said in a video on the site.
“I’m going to put here examined products from great entrepreneurs, as you see a sample of them here today, that are going to change this country,” he continued.
“We will finally be able to see these products and be able to bring their great ideas to these great entrepreneurs, to you, to the public.”
The site also proclaims that there will be “hundreds” of products soon and includes a link to a form for people to submit requests for “ready-to-market products.”
It’s unclear if Lindell was referring to the current version of MyStore as a solid competitor to compete with Amazon’s dominance in the US e-commerce market, or if he planned to release another version.
In the span of a few months, Lindell has been banned from Twitter and sued by the voting machine company Dominion, after he sold conspiracy theories of voter fraud.
Insider reported in February that he and his company, MyPillow, were expected to lose $ 65 million in revenue from their voter fraud claims, but analysts and marketers say he could find a way to capitalize on bad press to get some of it. money. returns. Comment: Well, Mike might seriously upset the bullies, I mean Corporatists. After all, it’s a big club and the individual Entrepreneur is only welcome until an individuals product, service or invention can be “controlled, stolen, or removed” https://www.mypillow.com/mystore
