Multnomah County DA’s Body Count Rises

I wrote about the one of the major failings of Multnomah County prosecutor Mike Schmidt yesterday. Today I bring you a related story.

Michael Forest Reinoehl is suspected of killing Trump supporter and Patriot Prayer member Aaron Danielson. The shooting happened in the wake of a pro-Trump rally in Portland as Danielson was walking home Saturday night.

Like the case of Phillip Lawrence Nelson who was charged with double stabbing murder of Cassy Leaton and Najaf “Nate” Hobbs, Reinoehl had charges pending in Multnomah county and was released.

He was arrested on July 5 for resisting arrest, interfering with police and illegal gun possession, records show. The Portland police bureau posted a photo of officers handcuffing Reinoehl with a gun splayed out on the ground.

Those aren’t the only recent charges Reinoehl faces. He was charged with DUI, illegal gun possession and reckless endangerment after being stopped going 111 mph on an Oregon highway. Local media reports indicate Reinoehl had his 11 year old daughter in the car with him at the time of the stop.

Like Cassie and Nate, Aaron Danielson would be alive if Mike Schmidt did his job. His policies have led directly to another death. I am not an Oregonian, and do not know the laws in that state, however at the very least he needs to be recalled. I wonder how many more people need to be murdered because of his policies.

Federal Judge Esther Salas and her husband Mark Anderl

The son and husband of a New Jersey based federal Judge were shot by an unknown assailant last night.

The shooting occurred at the North Brunswick, N.J., home of Judge Esther Salas, a source told The Associated Press. The AP report, citing the state’s chief district judge, said the son, 20, was killed. NJ.com reported that the shooting occurred at about 5 p.m.

Daniel Anderl, a college student, was the judge’s only child, the AP reported. Salas’ husband Mark Anderl, 63, a defense attorney was injured. Salas was in a different part of the house and is uninjured.

The gunman posed as a delivery driver for FedEx, two sources told NJ.com. The report said that Salas, 51, was the first Hispanic female appointed to the U.S. District Court in New Jersey.

Salas has heard some high-profile cases in her tenure as a federal judge, including the case of reality TV star Teresa Guidice, and was recently assigned a case involving Deutsche Bank. That case indirectly touches on convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The FBI, US Marshall’s service, ATF, and state and local agencies are all investigating.

  • Indianapolis mother killed . . .

    Indianapolis mother killed . . .

Because she said All Lives Matter

A 23 year old Indianapolis mother was shot to death last Sunday. From Fox59:

According to the victim’s family, the shooting started over some racially charged language. The victim, Jessica Doty Whitaker, leaves behind a little boy. “She shouldn’t have lost her life. She’s got a 3-year-old son she loved dearly,” said her fiance Jose Ramirez.

According to Ramirez, he and the victim and two other people were hanging out along the canal when someone in their group used a slang version of the N-word.That word prompted a confrontation by a group of strangers. During a brief argument, Ramirez claims the suspect’s group shouted Black Lives Matter and either Whitaker or someone in her group replied that All Lives Matter. The two sides separated because they realized they were both armed. The groups then fist bumped and walked away from each other.

“It was squashed and they went up the hill and left we thought, but they were sitting on St. Clair waiting for us to come under the bridge and that’s when she got shot,” said the victim’s fiancé Jose Ramirez.

The murder, and that’s what this is, occurred a week ago Sunday, yet you haven’t heard anything about it. Why is that? Seems to me that this would be news worthy. Some BLM supporters killing someone for saying all lives matter aught to be something you’d see on the news. The sad fact of the matter is most of the media have a vested interest in BLM. They can’t cover this because of that interest.

As of this writing, no suspects have been identified, but the IMPD and Indiana State Police are investigating.
