Todd tests roll on bed liners from Raptor, Herculiner, Durabak, POR-15, EGC, Dupli-Color Water-Based, Dupli-Color Oil-Based, Iron Armor (Harbor Freight), Flex Seal, and Rust-Oleum. Bed liners are tested for adhesion to primed and bare steel, cold temperature impact resistance, scratch/abrasion resistance, chemical resistance to rubbing alcohol, gasoline and diesel, and ambient temperature impact resistance.

He tests hoses from Zero G, Flexzilla, Bionic Steel, Gilmour, Worth, Flexon, Aqua Plumb and Briggs & Stratton. Hoses are tested for kink resistance, puncture resistance, burst pressure, water flow rate, level of force needed to drag 25 foot section of hose, and hose end strength (failure load).
