Federal Judge Dismisses Case Against Michael Flynn Following Pardon

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, overseeing the case against former national security adviser General Mi heal Flynn, dismissed the case, citing President Donald Trump’s recent pardon.
Sullivan issued a 43 page memorandum stating the dismissal was due to the “pardon”not the DOJ’s request that it be dismissed.
It is my personal opinion Judge Sullivan should be removed from the bench! His obvious prejudice in this matter is beyond the pale!
