A new report from Axios (?!?) ties California congressman Eric “I shat myself” Swalwell to a Chinese MSS agent. The suspected agent , Christine Fong, also engaged in sexual encounters in exchange for contacts and influence.
Sleepy Joe has started to name some potential Cabinet members the last few days. However, he’s getting some serious push back on at least two of his nods.
First up is potential Defense secretary nominee retired General Lloyd Austin. Austin has only been retired for 4 years and would require a waiver to hold the position, and senators on both sides of the aisle have said they’re unwilling to grant that waiver.
Next up, potential HHS secretary, Xavier Beccera who is currently AG of California. Beccera has absolutely zero health care/public policy experience and even terminal squish Susan Collins has said he’s unacceptable.
Lisa Montgomery was due to be executed this evening at the U.S. Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Ind. but the date has been pushed to next month. Montgomery was convicted of the horrifying slaying of 8 month pregnant 23-year-old Bobbie Jo Stinnett. After strangling Stinnett to death, Montgomery carved the still living child from her womb. The new date for the well deserved execution is 12 December.
