So there I was outside in 17 degree weather frying up bacon yesterday

Knowing yesterday that today would be Palm Sunday
there’s gotta be some sort of food Christians love
think in these terms
you eat bacon
God loves you
I think in such terms
it’s not often I share recipes but!
Today being Palm Sunday & me being a Christian
it’s a good day for sharing
1 pound of Bacon / one inch pieces
1 onion / finely chopped
4 shallots minced 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of Maple syrup
a splash of Balsamic vinegar
a tsp. of the Carolina Reaper
Well hell
I musta used the Balsamic for something else I made and ate
then I found I was out of the Brown sugar
I’d say a good portion of the populace would have given up on making the Bacon Jam right there & then
I ain’t no NON -Hacker or quitter or leftist scumbaglowlifePOS
