Laken Riley
The subhuman illegal who I will not name, was just found guilty of all 10 counts relating to the abduction, rape and murder of nursing student Laken Riley.
On February 22, 2024, Laken Riley, a 22-year-old Augusta University nursing student, was killed while she was jogging at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Her body was found in Oconee Forest Park near Lake Herrick. According to the medical examiner, her death was caused by blunt force trauma and asphyxiation.
The killer is a 26-year-old Venezuelan who had entered the United States illegally. He was arrested by UGA police and has been charged with 10 charges, including felony murder, malice murder, false imprisonment, aggravated assault with intent to rape, and kidnapping.
Today’s decision was handed down by Athens-Clarke County Superior Court Judge H. Patrick Haggard on the fourth day of a bench trial. The murderer waived his right to a jury trial and did not testify in his own defense. Sobbing could be heard in the courtroom as the judge delivered the verdict.
The murderer faces life without the possibility of parole when he is sentenced later this year.
