It’s a whole different world down there

Being a yooper is kinda special, there’s only about 300,000 of us. People I know view the bridge as a “hot gate”, hell, we even have a goat trail coming up from cheeseland. For those who know, know the reference. We just see stuff different, waste not what not in all things in God’s country, it’s something taught early on, maybe it’s in the blood.

“Take care of the land and the land will take care you” that was something told to me when I was a kid.

Michigan moves forward with plan to gas geese to death

The state of Michigan has decided the best way to get their growing geese population under control is to gas them to death

Geese, they came outshoot poop better any salad shooter on the market, and people can get swimmer’s itch for their poop. Communities bring geese for like some sort tourist attraction, it’s after they realize the problem they created. Feed wildlife, they become dependent, geese can and do get aggressive.

Goose legs are great with noodles and gravy, sammiches too.
