As if I don’t know about the ole cold shoulder routine

How’s your air, mine has Canadian wildfire smoke

Severity: Unknown

The severity of this alert is not known.

A cold front moving down from Ontario early Friday morning will bring wildfire smoke plumes from fires in the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan into the region. As a result, we anticipate PM2.5 levels rising into the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (USG) range across the western portion of the Upper Peninsula. There is a possibility that hourly levels could reach the Unhealthy (Red AQI) range for a short period of time.

It is recommended that, when possible, you avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory diseases such as asthma.

Monitor for symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in nose, throat, and eyes. Reduce or eliminate activities that contribute to air pollution, such as outdoor burning, and use of residential wood burning devices.

Tips for households:

Keep windows closed overnight to prevent smoke from getting indoors and, if possible, run central air conditioning with MERV-13 or higher rated filters.

Always keep an eye on the weather, always.

Sippin smoked coffee, little over a month ago went hardware store for stuff, they got a new doggo, a rescue, when pups are born, they are born into the light, then some go into the dark. Wherever that dog went, it wasn’t good, very shy, tail completely down, got the name Maggy before went over to check her out, yeah, I’m one of those will say hi to dogs before most people. Ducked when I went to scratch her ear saying hi Maggy. Wouldn’t even take a bit of jerky from me. Always carry jerky, just never know yaknow. couple weeks gone by went there again, there is Maggy, went over, this time she sniffed my hand which held jerky, she took but dropped it, went got what I needed, I watched her, she ate it slow, Went there again yesterday, there’s Maggy, with jerky in hand I seen this

Back into the light, looks like this

Got into the truck, dog smelled my hand, cold shoulder all the home, not once did he look at me.

A truism
