Thom Tillis is About to Find Out
Admittedly, this is not the traditional FAFO equation.

Thomas Tillis, North Carolina’s Senior Senator and chair of the Senate Judiciary committee has been holding up President Trump’s nomination for US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ed Martin. It seems Tillis is butthurt over Martin’s support for some of the J6 defendants and refuses to even hold a vote to move the nomination out of committee.
Well, it seems that Tillis has some skeletons in his closet that are just now seeing the light.
The post continues:
From 2007-2016, Tillis used TRT Holdings, LLC to conduct $0 property transfers, including XXXX Enslow Place (sold for $55,000 in 2013, undisclosed) and a trailer park, transferred twice (2011 for $250,000, 2016 for $750,000) to Tillis-linked entities without disclosure. These actions violate the Ethics in Government Act, requiring disclosure of assets over $1,000 and income over $200, and may involve fraudulent conveyance, false representation, and tax evasion—crimes with penalties up to 5 years per count. Mapping discrepancies and missing parcel IDs further suggest concealment. As Tillis oversees financial regulation, these actions raise serious ethical concerns. The statute of limitations may still allow prosecution due to ongoing nondisclosure and potential fraud, which could toll limits. Federal prosecutors could subpoena records, investigate related entities, and pursue felony charges if deliberate concealment is proven. Pam Bondi needs to PROSECUTE this CORRUPT RINO
Whether or not Tillis will face any repercussions over these shady and illegal acts is yet to be seen. At the very least he should be removed from the committee chairs he currently holds. If we lived in a just world, he’d face criminal prosecution as well.
