Coast Guard

Editors note, the Coast Guard didn’t mess around when it came to the 165 rescues performed by this CG MH-65 Dolphin crew. The decorations came quick and they came high. The pilot, Lt. Ian M. Hopper and Rescue Swimmer PO3 Scott Ruskan, got Distinguished Flying Crosses. Copilot Lieutenant Blair Oguiofor and crew chief PO3 Seth Reece got Air Medals.
