Reflection on Verse by Verse of the Day

This is Paul speaking, and he is letting the church at Corinth know that he is living in such a way as to imitate Christ. This was a mission of Paul’s, and it should be a mission of ours as well: to emulate Jesus Christ. This is also a call and a warning to leaders to get their lives under the influence of The Holy Spirit, and to live in such a way that, if imitated by others, would be a life that glorifies God and points people to Jesus Christ for salvation and Lordship.
