They Got The Shooter

This is going to be the lone news post today. I was going to skip any and all news today just because of the intensity of the last 72 hours. However, this particular news cannot and should not wait.

One Tyler Robinson has been named as the shooter. His arrest was announced at a joint news conference involving Utah and federal officials. According to officials, Robinson was turned in by his family members and a friend, who contacted law enforcement after recognizing him from FBI-released photos and video footage. President Trump credited “somebody very close to him” for the tip-off, while Governor Cox praised the family for “doing the right thing.” Robinson has been booked into Utah County Jail.

A family member noted Robinson had become increasingly political in recent years. He reportedly expressed strong dislike for Kirk and discussed the activist’s upcoming appearance at Utah Valley University with relatives. Robinson briefly attended Utah State University for one semester in 2021
