The full 6th Circuit just reaffirmed reality and sanity. They ruled that an Ohio school district could not compel students to use ‘preferred pronouns’ or punish them for not affirming someone else’s delusions.
. . .“The Supreme Court’s cases provide a clear answer. A school district may not restrict personal speech on matters of public concern unless the speech would ‘materially and substantially disrupt’ school activities or infringe the legal ‘rights of others’ in the school community. Tinker v. Des Moines Indep. Cmty. Sch. Dist., 393 U.S. 503, 513 (1969).”
One small step for man and all that. The pronoun Mafia have crept into our institutions and the removal will take some time. This ruling is a big step in the right direction.
In another court win for sanity and reality, SCOTUS just ruled that the State Department can stop issuing passports that do not show the holders biological sex. Under the Autopen State could issue passports with an “X” marker in place of actual biological sex.
The decision was 6-3 with the usual suspects – no, I have to stop calling those retards that. The Usual Suspects is one of the best films made in the last 30 years. – the usual retards dissented with the retardest(?) of the bunch KJB writing a 12 page dissent. No, I have not read it. No, I do not plan too. I have a finite number of braincells left and I do not want to damage any more than is strictly necessary.
It’s official. Elise Stefanik is running for Governor of New York. She announced her entry into the race this morning.

Even before officially running, Stefanik was within striking distance in all the polling I’ve seen. With even a modest amount of luck we New Yorkers will have a new governor in the near future.
Trump wants the Senate to kill the filibuster. This is dumb. Like nuclear levels of dumb, and if you can’t see why, I can’t help you. For all of his strengths, and they are legion, Trump can be amazingly short-sighted politically. This is one of those times.
Look, we are not going to be the party in power for perpetuity. If Trump doesn’t get a handle on the economy, we’re going to lose both the House and Senate in ’26. I expect to lose at least one regardless. What happens if they dump the filibuster and the Dems take control of both Houses? I don’t want to contemplate that because it looks like blood in the streets.
