Random News and Notes 30 December

We start with this clip from Germany. It is included because it is funny AF. Anyway, a couple of climate activists glued themselves to the pavement. It seems authorities cut a piece out of the pavement and let them go.

Recently, disruptive activists in Germany have been billed for the damage they caused.

A federal judge ended a TRO that enjoined data sharing among federal agencies. U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria’s ruling allows sharing of “basic biographical, location, and contact information,” while granting an injunction against sharing more sensitive health data.

bout Medicaid participants with ICE for immigration enforcement.
U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria partially denied a preliminary injunction that 20 blue states, including California, had used to block the data-sharing.

The ruling allows sharing of “basic biographical, location, and contact information,” while granting an injunction against sharing more sensitive health data.

Miller’s full statement: “Months ago, the Trump Administration began the process of seeking welfare records for immigration enforcement purposes but were sued by 21 blue states (the states enroll for federal programs, shockingly) and immediately blocked by the courts. This ruling is long overdue.”

California AG Rob Bonta said he was “disappointed” in the ruling.

Here’s the reality: Immigrants unlawfully in the U.S. are largely not eligible for Medicaid.
If you’re collecting benefits you’re not entitled to, you’re committing fraud.
And now ICE can find you.
Blue states fought to protect illegal immigrants collecting taxpayer-funded benefits from being located by federal authorities.
Think about that.
They weren’t protecting privacy.
They were protecting fraud.

Surprisingly, Chhabria is an Obama appointee.

Some odd news dropped about the autoparts Nashville school shooter. It seems Audrey Hale, who killed six at Nashville’s Covenant School in March 2023, used federal Pell grant money to buy the weapons she used.

The newly released FBI docs also note Hale’s motive as targeting a Christian school out of religious hate. Meanwhile, families of victims like 9-year-olds Hallie Scruggs, Evelyn Dieckhaus, and William Kinney continue pushing for full manifesto release, which the Nashville PD continue to hide.

The fraud hits keep coming. This time it involves a rent payment program from HUD. A HUD report for fiscal year 2024 uncovered $5.8 billion in ineligible rental aid, including payments to 29,715 deceased tenants, 9,472 non-citizens, and over 165,000 households exceeding income limits. The issues spanned programs like the BIden era Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, which supported 4 million low-income households with $33 billion, mostly in states like New York and California.

CANCEL AND CLAW BACK ALL OF IT!

“A massive abuse of taxpayer dollars not only occurred under President Biden’s watch, but was effectively incentivized by his administration’s failure to implement strong financial controls resulting in billions worth of potential improper payments.”

Here’s Scott Turner a few weeks ago confirming a MASSIVE betrayal under Biden: Illegals were getting taxpayer-backed MORTGAGES over US citizens.
All of it needs to be canceled and people need to go to jail.

HUD Secretary Scott Turner called it a massive abuse of taxpayer dollars and pledged investigations, fund pauses, and criminal referrals to restore accountability.
