The welfare funding scandal in Minnesota continues to deepen. According to some sources, the total amount stolen by Somalis and their helpers will top $8 billion. And it looks like the fraud – or at least the awareness of it – reaches the Governors office. An account that has been documenting the fraud brought the receipts:

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy issued new rules regarding commercial drivers licenses across the country. Among those rules was a ban on so-called non domiciled drivers. In short, they are a special class of CDL that allows non-permanent residents to drive trucks and busses in the U.S. Well a group of 20 state AGs have joined up to sue over the new rules.
Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawai‘i, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington are the states that sued.
The issue as I see it is that a goodly number of those states are – and have been for a while – issuing non domiciled CDLs to illegals. There have been several very high-profile incidents of late where illegal/non dom CDL drivers have cause fatal accidents.
