Random News and Notes 8 January
We start in Minneapolis where the left is desperately trying to turn a deranged AWFL into the next St. Floyd. Renee Nicole Good was interfering with federal law enforcement and was told – multiple times – to stop her car. Being an AWFL and thinking the rules don’t apply to her, she refused to comply. At one point, the final one it turns out, she tries to drive away with an ICE agent directly in front of her car. The agent drew his sidearm while being struck by the car and fired 3 shots. Good was pronounced dead at the scene.
The talking points went out right away. Murder the left screeched until another angle came out. Then it was she was a ‘legal observer’ despite not having any kind of legal background. Regardless, the lefties are using it for justification already.
All I can say is this isn’t going to end well. The current administration is not like any the protesters have seen before. They will arrest you, they will throw your ass in jail and they will press charges. Leftist violence will no longer be tolerated.
While we’re in Minnesota, the retarded (and crooked) Governor there has started the process for calling up the National Guard. I really hope that it is for riot control and not to interfere with federal agents.
. . . Inciting rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States is also a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 2383. President Trump should have him arrested and charged accordingly.

I would think Timmy had enough on his plate at the moment. He and Minnesota AG Keith Ellison have been referred by the House for prosecution.
Those of you who have been around since the Disqus channel days know that this editor does not dance on graves as a rule. This one is an exception. Aldrich Ames has died in prison, and good riddance to bad rubbish. For those who don’t know, Ames was a counterintel officer in the CIA that sold out entire networks of American agents in the Soviet Union and later the Russian Federation.
Ames volunteered his services to the KGB in April 1985 by walking into the Soviet Embassy in Washington, D.C. Over nine years, he betrayed virtually all CIA human sources in the Soviet Union, compromising over 100 intelligence operations and revealing the identities of dozens of agents. At least 10 of those sources were executed by the Soviets, making him responsible for some of the worst losses in CIA history. In return, he received about $2.5–2.7 million—the highest amount paid by Moscow to any American spy at the time.
The CIA and FBI finally caught on after years of missed red flags (unexplained wealth, failed polygraphs, poor performance). Ames and his wife were arrested in February 1994. He pleaded guilty to espionage and was sentenced to life without parole. She got 5 years for aiding him.
Aldrich Ames died on January 5, 2026, at age 84 in the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland. Rest in piss traitor, I hope whatever level of hell you descend to is painful.
There are a couple of important history notes to pass along for today.
First up is the anniversary of the first Presidential Electors being chosen back in 1789. George Washington was unanimously elected President by the electors some 3 months later on 30 April.
Today also marks the beginning of Slick Willie’s impeachment trial which began in 1999. He would go on to be acquitted in the Senate.
