    It’s all about the Tang

So there I was on the porch cutting cheese watching the evening reflections of the setting sun ….

when mother cuts the cheese, one gets the look of

that’s it, that best you can do mother?

I don’t know where mother got this or what century it’s from, but it broke

I have some piano wire but there’s handles attached to it so I’m not going to use that on a cheese cutter

So while hearing Maxino from the GOP Convention

having a coffee and seeing the sunrise

I went shopping at United Cutlery

    on the porch 🙂

just look at this cheese cutter

17 1/2” full-tang stainless steel blade has a non-reflective black coating and powerful sawback serrations

don’t matter how i approach the cheese

I will get more then what mother offers me, which is paper thin at best without a Ritz

    (depression thinking)

It has a rubberized injection-molded saber-style handguard handle that is secured to the blade tang by sturdy screws

    yes yes yes

    My screws are secure

    (VA installed)

    Comes with wrist lanyard too!

at the price I paid with shipping

this slicer should last long into the 23 century

    extra stuff

    Pepperoni has Tang

but that is from enzymes found in products such as Dry powdered milk

    or

    encapsulated Citric Acid

I’m talking about the Tang in Steel as in

“you know the secret of Steel, don’t you boy”
