Brennan and Clapper. Sounds like a law firm. And that is just what those two are going to need. The FBI has opened an investigation into both John Brennan and James Comey regarding the Russia hoax.

I don’t see what legal exposure Comey has, but Brennan is prima facie guilty of perjury. He lied during sworn testimony in front of Congress. Regardless, the process is the punishment in cases like this – and many others – so hopefully this bankrupts both of them. At the very least. . .

It was the FA of times, it was the FO of times. Some dumbass anti-ICE protesters in San Franfreako tried to stop ICE from arresting an illegal. As shown in the video below, they tried to stop a transport van with their bodies, resorting to climbing on the van while it was driving away. It ended about how you’d expect. Watch:

Every one of those idjits need to be facing charges for this. These stunts are going to wind up with someone dead if they aren’t stopped.

SCOTUS issued an 8-1 order staying a district court ruling that restricted the Trump administration from laying off and firing federal workers as part of a restructuring plan. The case, Trump v AFGE et Al, was originally filed in the Northern District of California and was assigned to Judge Susan Illston. Illston issued a TRO enjoining the administration from firing the affected workers. The case was appealed, first to the 9th Circuit and then to SCOTUS. This allows Trump to move forward with his plan to reduce the federal workforce. Important, but not why I’m bringing it to your attention.

As I said, the order was 8-1. Justice Jackson – she of the inability to define woman – wrote a dissent. The issue? It did not address the question before the Court. It is so bad with her that Sonia Sotomayor, her fellow leftist traveller, had to write a signed concurrence calling out the stupidity of her dissent.

. . . My gosh. “The plans themselves are not before this Court, at this stage, and we thus have no occasion to consider whether they can and will be carried out consistent with the constraints of law.” “The relevant Executive Order directs agencies to plan reorganizations and reductions in force ‘consistent with applicable law.'”

The next 30 or so years with her on the bench are gonna be entertaining to say the least.

A year ago March, I wrote about the allision between the MV Dali and the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore. Well, 15 months later they have finally gotten around to taking the wreckage down.

If it took 15+ months to get around to removing the wreckage, how long do you think it’s going to take to rebuild?

Joe Biden’s personal doctor appeared before a committee in the House today. According to committee chair Rep Jamie Comer, Dr. Kevin O’Connor pleaded the 5th and quickly left the closed door deposition.

. . . associate, refused to answer any questions and chose to hide behind the fifth amendment. The American people demand transparency but Dr. O’Connor would rather conceal the truth. Dr. O’Connor took the fifth when asked if he was told to lie about President Biden’s health and whether he was fit to be President of the United States. Congress must assess legislative solutions to prevent such a coverup from happening again. We will continue to interview more Biden White House aides to get the answers Americans deserve.

While I applaud these efforts to hold the puppet masters behind Joe accountable, I wonder if they are going to accomplish anything.
