Random News and Notes 11 January

The revolution in Iran – and yes it now meets that criteria – continues. The army has been mostly neutral but there was an announcement that they were supporting the regime. There has not been much, if any, evidence that they are actually moving against protesters however. Most of that comes from the IRGC and the Basij militias.

The regime has cut internet access across the country, power and landline phone service in some cities and has started shooting at civilians indiscriminately. Reporting out of the country is sketchy at best, but there are reports that as many as 2000 protesters have been killed in Tehran alone.

Yesterday, Israeli intelligence changed its assessment of the revolution in Iran. They previously said there was little chance of it succeeding. Now, they are saying it has a decent chance of success.

The protesters have started targeting IRGC officers. Frankly, they should have started with that.

It’s gonna start getting spicy in Minneapolis. Some retard thinks distributing tire deflation devices is a good idea. The ‘thought’ behind giving the items away is that anti-ICE dummies can deflate the tires on unattended ICE vehicles.

. . .to act this way is dangerous for all involved.
Disrupting law enforcement is illegal. If you encourage someone to perform an illegal act, it is also illegal. Aiding and Abetting a Crime (Including Obstruction) If you pay (i.e., hire) or supply tools to someone to interfere with law enforcement—such as obstructing officers, hindering an arrest, or preventing the execution of legal processes—this falls under Minnesota’s aiding and abetting statute. You would be held criminally liable for the underlying crime as if you committed it yourself. Statute: Minn. Stat. § 609.05 (Liability for Crimes of Another). Plus there is 18 usc 111.

Here’s the issue, there are two successive generations – Millenials and Zoomers – that were raised without dealing with the consequences of their actions. They are now going to do this extremely dumb sh*t and act like they are untouchable. That is why that dumb bitch, Renee Good, got herself taken off the census. Unfortunately, this is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

Newly installed NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani suffered his first court loss just 11 days into his administration. He had tried to interject the City into a bankruptcy case involving the sale of several rent-controlled apartment buildings. Federal bankruptcy Judge David Jones rejected Mamdani’s effort, however, setting back the new mayor’s first foray into NYC’s housing market.

Pinnacle Group is looking to off-load the properties as part of a restructuring deal. Summit Properties USA submitted the winning bid. Mamdani had claimed that NYC could intervene as a creditor because Pinnacle owes the city some $12 million in fines.

Hopefully this is the first of many defeats for the Islamo-commie.
