Army

Delaware Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 126th Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) unit conduct water rescue training alongside members of the Delaware Air Rescue Team (DART) along the Delaware River, April 9, 2026. Navy

Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Jordan Orr, assigned to Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), signals an AH-1 Cobra, attached to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 169, to the Essex flight deck, June 8, 2026, in preparation for RIMPAC 2026. The world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans. As a side note, if you ever encounter a MWD with the first letter of their name doubled like Ccoolahan here, it means that dog came out of the MWD breeding program at JB San Antonio Lackland.
